Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 33155 Hemingway Ave, the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss an Ordinance Amending Chapter 6 Section 4 Fees: D Surety.

The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the proposed amendment to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall/Zoom.

The public is expected to join via Zoom or make meeting arrangements by emailing clerk@lenttownship.com or by calling 651-462-3009 one week prior to each meeting. Zoom meeting links for your computer or device are posted on lenttownship.com.

Lent Township Public Hearing Notice for a Final Plat

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, 7:00 p.m. via Zoom and at the Lent Town Hall at 33155 Hemingway Avenue, Stacy, MN 55079, the Lent Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to approve the Final Plat for Andre Bessette Way at 6364 340th Street, Stacy, MN 55079 – PID: 05.00120.00. The applicant will split off the north portion from the total 9.68 acres into two 2.5 acre parcels, leaving 4.68 acres for the existing home and accessory buildings. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation regarding the Final Plat to the Town Board for their meeting to be held on November 16, 2021, 7:00 p.m. via Zoom and at the Lent Town Hall.

The Board members may be in attendance prior to or after the event to help set up or take down.
